No phones. No small talk. Just presence.
This is a tech-free, pressure-free gathering where humans meet like humans used to.
Here, we drop into the moment together — awkwardly at first, and then… actually kind of beautifully.

Welcome to the Dare to Connect EFT Workshop!
A Tech-Free, Soul-Full Evening of Real Human Connection
Join us for this tech-free, interactive in-person event where you'll learn powerful techniques to enhance your emotional well-being while connecting with rad folks who dare to be present alongside you.
Dive into the world of the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Hypnotherapy with our experienced instructors.
Ditch the small talk and co-create rich relationships with guided practices to make "strangers" your new best friends
Discover how to be with your emotions, reduce stress, and improve your mental clarity.
This workshop is designed to support deep connection with yourself, others, and the emotions you might tend to avoid on a regular basis! (You'll probably experience a wide range of parts of yourself on this guided journey – and have a blast doing so)
Expect a few “WTF am I doing?” moments at the start.
And a few “Wait… why don’t we always do this?” moments by the end.
Save your spot and bring someone you want to see — like, actually see.
4:30–4:45 — Arrive & Land
The first 15 are yours! Ease in with an off-screen hobby, sit in silence, or maybe chat up a stranger. Go on a nature hunt and add something beautiful to the center of the circle!
4:45–5 — Opening Circle
Share a bit about who you are, what you’re feeling, and settle in together.
5–5:15 — Eye Gazing Practice
A gentle, guided experience in shared presence to feel the power (and discomfort) of seeing & being seen.
5:15–6:15 — Truth or Dare to Connect
Partner prompts to stretch your comfort zone and drop into real connection.
6:15–6:45 — Group EFT + Journaling by Alanna Minor
Tap, write, and reset your nervous system — together.
6:45–7 — Sunset Sound Bowl Closing (optional) by Elena Milmo
Close the night in silence as the sun sets and the bowls sing.
