Spring doesn't just happen outside. Come let it happen in you.
Join us for an invigorating Spring Equinox ceremony designed to support your transition from restful hibernation into awakened renewal!
This isn't a sit-and-listen kind of afternoon. You'll be actively processing, releasing, and integrating through your body, your breath, your voice, and your presence!
Expect a few "wait… what is happening?" moments at the start, and a few "why don't we always do this?!" moments by the end.
The day includes:
Breathwork (x2!) — two immersive rounds to open and integrate
Kundalini — movement, activation, and energy work
EFT Tapping + Shadow Integration — gentle, powerful emotional alchemy
Card Readings — personal insight and reflection
Sound Healing — close the day in deep resonance
Rose Milk Ceremony — a beautiful ritual of nourishment and renewal
Light refreshments will be provided. Bring extra snacks if you'd like!
