Bring your own tech-free vibes for the first 30 minutes.
Think unexplored hobbies, untouched books, and meeting awkward silence.
After you choose your own connection time, you’ll be guided through practices designed to connect you with:
Yourself – through some chill body movement, journal reflection, and guided meditation to meet you where you’re at
Each other – think silent eye contact, paired convo prompts, and sharing vulnerable truths
Nature – wrap the night watching the sunset together in stillness
Expect a few “WTF am I doing?” moments at the start.
And a few “Wait… why don’t we always do this?” moments by the end.
